Connection changes were completed earlier today to address the problem. Since that time, no additional reports of problems have been reported. Users within KGH are asked to contact the Help Centre if disconnects from QWA are still occurring.

ITServices is investigating a report that QWA access from with KGH is unstable again this morning. Users report that they are able to connect and then the connection will terminate within a few seconds to a few minutes.

Connections to QWA from with the hospital has been unreliable. Users will tend to get connected and then the connection will terminate within a few seconds to a few minutes. Queen's and KGH technical support are currently investigating the problem.
