Lync provisioning to Office 365 users completed last night about 1900h. This completes the rollout phase.

Provisioning of Lync Online to the Queen's community is proceeding according to plan. As of this notice, all faculty, staff, and grad students with on-premise Exchange mailboxes have been licensed for Lync. Provisioning to Office 365 users (primarily undergraduates) has begun and is expected to complete within 24 hours.

A welcome to Lync note will appear in each user's mailbox this morning.

An update to this notice will be posted when provisioning is complete.
