ITServices have identified a configuration issue that is affecting wireless network access for some users. The issue will be resolved by 9:00AM.

There should be no action necessary on any wireless device, by 9:00AM access will be restored.

ITServices staff will be performing upgrades to the authentication servers used for the QueensuSecure_WPA2 and eduroam networks.

During the outage users may experience difficulties authenticating to the wireless networks listed above.

These upgrades will not affect the queensu wireless network.
