A third-party fibre optic link that provides network connectivity for our secondary Internet Service Provider has been damaged. Repairs to this link are currently underway.
A final update will be posted when the secondary Internet link is up and running.
ITServices monitoring systems have identified that our secondary Internet link is currently offline. A support ticket has been created with the Internet Service Provider.
The outage should not cause any issues with Internet connectivity.
