The problem appears to be resolved after working with the vendor. ITServices will be actively monitoring the systems to ensure stability of the systems.
The problem is wider spread than originally thought. Many services including our Queen's web page and Moodle are affected at this time. They may be slow or unresponsive.
ITServices is working directly with our vendors to correct the issue as soon as possible.

There is an identified issue with the PeopleSoft systems. This is causing performance degradation. This may result in longer than average page load times or lack response from PeopleSoft systems.
