Issue with Searching for some Mailboxes on on-premise Exchange UpdateArchived

There was a brief issue with searching on-premise email today from 11:30am to 1:30pm. IT Services identified and corrected the issue. The search function is working again.
ITS has found the problem and there has been a brief outage connection to some users mail. The indexing problems will be fixed as the server tool that is currently running repairs them.

There is a problem with searching in the on-premise Exchange mail system.
Outlook users without cache mode settings and mail users using Outlook Web App (OWA) are unable to search.
