Some users have reported they can no longer manage distribution groups in Office 365. ITS has contacted Microsoft and a fix for this should be applied next week. In the mean time there is a workaround.

Distribution group owners can log into Office 365 and then use this URL to access Group Management:

https://outlook.office365.com/ecp/?rfr=owa&;owaparam=modurl%3D0&p=account


ITS will update this notice once we have confirmed the fix is in place for all users.
