There is an issue with a recent update to Office 365 OWA. The problem only involves the layout of the Options page used to manage Distribution Groups. Microsoft is aware of the issue and is working to fix this shortly.

If Office 365 Email admins require an immediate change to a distribution group please submit a ticket to the support center with netid's to be added/removed.
