Microsoft has reported that they are aware of the issue. Users should not try to adjust their outlook settings or browser settings but wait for the issue to be resolved on the Microsoft's end. Once Microsoft reports the issue is resolved ITS will update this notice.
IT Services is investigating reports from a number of users that Outlook is slow and unresponsive and also web access through Office365.queensu.ca is slow or unavailable.
ITS will update this notice as more information becomes available.
