Maintenance of the Ensemble video software is still being performed with the vendor. A message will be sent once completed. Users may experience a brief interruption when the server is restarted as part of the maintenance process.

Ensemble video software, which is part of the Queen's Streaming Service, will undergo maintenance with the vendor on Tuesday September 22, 2015 from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm.

We do not anticipate any extended outages, however, users may experience a brief interruption when the server is restarted as part of the maintenance process.

A notification will be posted upon completion or if any delays are encountered.
