The wireless configuration changes are working as expected. ITServices staff continue to monitor the system however it make take an additional two to three hours to complete the backlog of requests.

ITServices staff have implemented a configuration change to resolve the wireless access issues.

This will take approximately one hour to reach all wireless clients.

ITServices staff will be closely monitoring the performance improvements during this time frame.

ITServices staff continue to work with our vendors to resolve the wireless access issues. The issue has been narrowed down to a particular function of the wireless system.

ITServices staff are aware of wireless access issues across the wireless network.

During peak usage periods, wireless clients may experience delays in accessing the wireless network.

ITServices staff are investigating with the vendor to determine the source of the issue.

The peak usage times are approximately 11:00-12:00 and 13:30-14:30.
