Services Affected:
- Activate a NetID
- Change a password
- Reset a password
- Update security questions

Outage Timeline: Friday, February 19, 05:00 - 07:30

Details:
The NetID profile manager (IDM) will be unavailable Friday,
February 19, from 05:00 to 07:30. This outage is to replace
the current IDM system with a new system.

During the outage, users will be unable to:
- Activate a NetID
- Change a password
- Reset a password
- Update security questions
