Details:
The NetID profile manager (IDM) will be unavailable Saturday, March 5, from 07:00 to noon. This outage is to replace the current IDM system with a new system.
During the outage, users will be unable to:
- Activate a NetID
- Change a password
- Reset a password
- Update security questions
This notification will be updated with progress reports Saturday morning.
