ITS has identified the source of the external email issues seen on some accounts and are currently working on a fix to resolve the problem.

This notification will be updated when the issue has been resolved.

ITS is currently investigating reports of mail failing to be received from external sources to some accounts. Senders will receive a bounce back and will be informed that delivery has failed.
