The NetID profile manager (IDM) will be unavailable Wednesday, March 30, from 06:00 to 07:30. This outage is to perform updates to the Identity Management System.
During the outage, users will be unable to:
- Activate a NetID
- Change a password
- Reset a password
- Update security questions
