iTrack Authenication Issues following AD Server Issue Update Archived

All users are now able to log into iTrack. An update to the applications authentication server was necessary as summer.ad.queensu.ca is still experiencing issues. No further disruptions are expected for iTrack. ITS continues to investigate issues with the domain controller.

A number of users are currently unable to log into iTrack following the restoration of service on one of the Active Directory (AD) Servers (summer.ad.queensu.ca)

ITS is investigating and will update this notification when more information is available.
