The Identity Profile Manager (IDM) was unavailable between 10:10 and 10:15 on 29 June, 2016 while ITS staff performed emergency maintenance on the software.
Services such as
- password resets
- activating a NetID
- email alias claim
- updates to security questions
were unavailable during the outage.
