Listserv will be unavailable on Tuesday, October 25th, 2016 from 0500 to 0530 while configuration changes are made to several mailing lists. Listserv may need to be restarted several times, so we advise people to avoid accessing Listserv until maintenance has been completed.

Mail will be queued while Listserv is down, and will resume delivery upon return to service.
