Delay in Emails Sent from the Classlist - onQ UpdateArchived

ITS has worked with D2L and identified the issue and made changes accordingly. There should no longer be a delay when sending emails through the Classlist, in onQ.

Please note that there is currently a significant delay for some emails that are being sent through the Classlist, in onQ. Desire2Learn (D2L, Brightspace) has been notified and is investigating.
Further updates will be posted as they become available.
INSTRUCTORS - If you are using the Classlist to send a time-sensitive email to your students, be sure to also post the information within a News Item on your Course Home page. For instructions on how to post a News Item, in onQ, please see the onQ Support site.
