The NetID Profile Manager (IDM) will be unavailable December 16, between 10:40 - 10:45 while ITS staff perform emergency maintenance on the software.
Services that will be unavailable during the outage include:
- password resets
- activating a NetID
- email alias claim
- updates to security questions
