Queen’s ITS has resolved an issue with login to Office 365 services (Mail, OneDrive etc.). New Office 365 accounts and the accounts of existing users who changed their netid password between 10:30 AM on Sunday, January 15th and 12:30 PM on Monday, January 16th were affected by a password synchronization issue. The issue was resolved shortly after 12:30 pm today. All users should now be able to access their Office 365 email using the online web portal and other email clients.
ITS will monitor the password synchronization process to prevent this happening again.
