Printing from Off-Campus is Temporarily Suspended Archived
Due to raised concerns around printer security, ITS will be blocking traffic on specific ports that will affect printing from off-campus. Anyone who needs to print remotely will need to access campus via the AnyConnect VPN as provided through MyQueensU Software Centre in order to print.

Printer hardening at the department level is still required to ensure the security of printing devices. If your printer is not hardened and/or has printed material that is not expected, please contact your print vendor, or ITS to have your options discussed. Online direction for hardening is also available on the ITS website.
