Processing of queued email has completed and we are now experiencing regular mail flow and delivery into Queen's. If you are missing expected email, please check your Junk and Clutter mailboxes for the message. ITS will continue to monitor the mail system for delays and will update this notification if delays develop.

External email into Queen's continues to be delayed. ITS is actively working with the vendor to improve throughput. This delay also affects scan to email.

The issue has been identified and resolved. A corrupted virus definition update affected the mail gateways causing them to queue mail over the weekend. The backlog of queued mail has begun to be delivered and should continue delivery over the next several hours.
