On March 14, 2017, Microsoft announced the release of Microsoft Teams. However, Microsoft Teams is not yet available to Office 365 education customers, which includes Queen's University. You may notice a non-functional Teams tile in your Office 365 App Launcher (waffle), but ITS is working on removing the tile until Teams is available to education customers.
