Previous Description (2017-08-15 15:14:07):

ITS is performing scheduled network maintenance on August 19th beginning at 12am. This maintenance is expected to last until approximately 4am on August 19th and is a continuation of the maintenance that took place this past Sunday.

For users on-campus::

Access to resources that are not hosted on campus, such as Office 365 (email, calendar, and OneDrive) and onQ, will NOT be available during the maintenance period.
Access to services that are physically hosted on campus, such as SOLUS, MyQueen'sU, and the main Queen's website, WILL BE available throughout the maintenance period.

For users off-campus:

Access to services that are physically hosted on campus, such SOLUS, MyQueen'sU and the main Queen's website will NOT be available from off campus through the maintenance period.
Access to services that are not hosted on campus, such as onQ and Office 365 (email, calendar, and OneDrive) WILL BE available through the maintenance period.

During the maintenance period from approximately 8am to 9am, ITS expects that off-campus services that use Queen's Single-Sign On (ex. OnQ, Concur and Faculty180) will be unavailable from both on-campus and off-campus locations. Office 365 will still be accessible from off-campus during the entire maintenance period.

After the maintenance is completed, users on campus will not experience any difference in the way they access services.
