ITS has resolved the issue with ITS-Print. Users should now be able to print to printers hosted on the server. If you continue to experience issues printing to hosted printers please contact the IT Support Centre.
ITS is continuing to work on the print server. Users will be unable to print to printers hosted on ITS-Print while ITS continues troubleshooting. This notification will be updated when the print server is available.
ITS is currently aware of an issue that may affect users printing to Active Directory printers hosted on the print server ITS-Print. Print jobs to hosted printers may show an error and not print. ITS is currently investigating this issue. This notification will be updated when the issue has been resolved.
