Access to PeopleSoft including SOLUS is not available.
ITS staff are working on the issue.

All other services have been restored.

There was a delay in restoring services after this work was complete due to an unexpected issue with a piece of equipment. The issue has been resolved and services are being restored.

ITS will be performing maintenance on network equipment in the data centre on Wednesday October 11 between 5:30am and 6:30am.

Most ITS hosted services, both production and development, will be affected at some point during this window.

ITS will post an update to this notification when services have been restored.

Services affected by this scheduled maintenance include:
- PeopleSoft applications including SOLUS
- Queen's website
- MyQueen'sU Portal
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- onQ
- WebPublish
- Library websites, QSpace and catalogue (QCAT)
- FAST (Financial Reporting)
- NetID Profile Manager – activation, password resets
- Office 365 login
- on-premise Exchange Mail
- streaming
- Lynda.com
- Careers
