Email Access Issues Update Archived
A small number of users continue to experience problems accessing Office 365 email when off campus. This problem has been reported by multiple Universities who host email in Office 365. Both Mac and Windows based computers are experiencing the same issue when connecting to any Microsoft login service related to Office 365. There is still no definitive work around to solving this problem and ITS continues to work with Microsoft to find a resolution. The problem appears to be an ISP based issue with some users reporting success when using their mobile device connected to cellular service, connecting to a private VPN service or by accessing the internet via another location that provides free internet service.
