ITS is investigating PCI Terminal Logon Errors Update Archived

  • ITS staff determined some PCI Terminals appear to have lost their boot settings. If your PCI Terminal is having errors please follow these instructions to reset it to factory settings:

    -Power off the PCI Terminal
    -Power on the PCI Terminal
    -During the start up process, when you see the Dell/Wyse logo, press and hold the letter G
    -The PCI Terminal will prompt that it is being reset, and will restart
    After the PCI Terminal restart, you will be presented with a logon screen.

    Previous Description (December 1, 2017 15:19):

    Some users are seeing a "Cred SSP Initialize failed" error message when attempting to login to their PCI Terminal.

    ITS staff are investigating the issue.
