ITS is investigating PCI Terminal Logon Errors UpdateArchived
ITS staff determined some PCI Terminals appear to have lost their boot settings. If your PCI Terminal is having errors please follow these instructions to reset it to factory settings:
-Power off the PCI Terminal
-Power on the PCI Terminal
-During the start up process, when you see the Dell/Wyse logo, press and hold the letter G
-The PCI Terminal will prompt that it is being reset, and will restart
After the PCI Terminal restart, you will be presented with a logon screen.
