Microsoft Outlook and Skype for Business Authentication screen is changingArchived
On Thursday February the 15th, an update to Office 365 will change the authentication screen for the Office 2016 versions of both Microsoft Outlook and Skype for Business. Users will still sign in using their Queen's email address and password. The pop up authentication screen will have a new "modern look" but the functionality will remain the same. Older versions of Outlook will continue to use the old authentication screen.

Note: the "forgot my password" link on the new authentication screen takes you to the Office 365 password reset, which does not function. Queen's identity management system (netid.queensu.ca) is the only place you can recover your netid password.
