Office 365 – Links in email may be inaccessible UpdateArchived
Safe Link service has been restored. External links in emails will now function as normal. If users are still experiencing issues with a link within their email, please contact the IT Support Centre.
External links in emails are currently not functional. When a link is clicked, users are directed to a “Service Unavailable” webpage. This is because the “Safe Link” rewriting service that scans for malicious links is currently unavailable. Links to most Queen’s sites will still function as normal.
Microsoft is aware of the issue and will deploy a solution shortly. IT Services will update this notification when more information is available.
