iTrack (itrack.queensu.ca) will be unavailable on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, from 5AM until 8AM while maintenance is performed. During this time, email and online forms submitted to iTrack will not work. Due to the nature of iTrack forms, it is not be possible to put a notification directly on them to inform users of this. Instead, after submitting a form, users will be directed to a webpage that contains the following message:
Your request was not successfully submitted because iTrack is undergoing maintenance. Please visit the ITS Notifications page for updates on when the service will be available, and resubmit your request at that time.
In addition to the above, any automatic reports or escalations scheduled during the maintenance window will not run, and may need to be manually triggered after maintenance is complete.
