Peoplesoft Errors When Accessed Through vpn.queensu.ca Update Archived

A fix has been applied to resolve the error being experienced when accessing PeopleSoft Student Admin, Finance Admin or MyHR. If you continue to experience the error, please clear your browser cache and try again. If the problem is not resolved for you, continue to access with Cisco AnyConnect and report the problem to the IT Support Centre.

Previous Description (December 19, 2019 15:26):


Currently, users connected to vpn.queensu.ca through a web browser are experiencing a pop-up error message describing an “onReadyState error.” The pop-up appears when users click buttons in PeopleSoft Student Admin, Finance Admin or MyHR.


Users can click “OK” on the error message and PeopleSoft will continue to function as normal for a period of time. However, if the error continues, you can install Cisco AnyConnect to resolve the problem.

ITS is working with the vendor and a resolution is expected shortly.
