Resolved - WiFi Access to Network File Shares Archived

Following an upgrade to the Queen’s Wireless Network on Sunday December 22nd, some users were unable to connect to network file shares (mapped drives) when only connected through the Queen’s wireless network.

Users with an available wired network connection were not experiencing this problem.
Upon investigation, a configuration setting was re-applied this morning to resolve the issue.


Users should log off, then log back into their computers in order to regain access to WiFi and to their network shares.
