Can't Access Microsoft Teams Archived

  • IT Services is beginning to receive reports of users unable to access Microsoft Teams. This degradation in service has been confirmed by Microsoft. It is currently a global problem affecting multiple customers.

    User Impact: Users may be unable to access Microsoft Teams.

    Current status: Microsoft is investigating an issue where users may be unable to access Microsoft Teams. Microsoft is reviewing systems data to determine the cause of the issue.

    Scope of impact: This issue may potentially affect any user attempting to access Microsoft Teams.

    Work Arounds: Some users report success when accessing Teams on different devices.
