On Tuesday, November 24, between 6:00-7:00 am, PeopleSoft HR and Finance will undergo scheduled maintenance.

We recommend that you avoid using these systems during the maintenance window as your connection may be terminated, requiring you to re-authenticate, and you may lose any unsaved changes.

Following this change, users will access PeopleSoft HR and Finance from updated links in MyQueen'sU. To log in, the account name will be in the form of NetID@queensu.ca (not just NetID).

In addition, this upgrade will enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) on the PeopleSoft HR and Finance administrative systems for users who have enrolled for MFA. This will improve the security of the data within PeopleSoft. This change will also improve access for remote users, who will now need to log in only once.
