The IT Support Centre at 613-533-6666 is the only Call Centre currently affected by the outage.
Callers to Queen's main line of 613-533-2000 are now being automatically redirected to the Auto-Attendant of 613-533-6000. Callers who are not familiar with campus extensions will need to "Search Queen's" from the Queen's website to determine extensions to enter through the Auto-Attendant.
Until phone service is restored to the Call Centre, contact the IT Support Centre by visiting the ServiceNow portal to submit an online help request. https://queensu.service-now.com/esm
Queen's is currently experiencing a problem with calls coming into a number of Call Centre's across campus. Callers will be greeted with the following message: "the number you are calling is not in service at this time" This includes the Main Queen's line of 613-533-2000
Calls to non call centre numbers and to the Auto-Attendant at 613-533-6000 are still working.
