At approximately 11 am, intermittent authentication timeout issues were resolved. IT Services are continuing to monitor the situation. If you are still experiencing issues connecting to a Queen's service after restarting your browser or the application, please contact the IT Support Centre.

Previous Description (April 13, 2021 10:49):

IT Services are investigating authentication timeouts with core services that authenticate against Shibboleth. Shibboleth provides authentication to services that include (but not limited to) Peoplesoft, AcQuire, FAST, Library Service and Concur. The timeout occurs during the initial connection and existing connections are not affected. This notice will be updated when more information is available.
