Microsoft has posted an announcement concerning calls in Microsoft Teams desktop that is affecting Queen's.

User Impact: You may notice that inbound or outbound calls through the Microsoft Teams desktop client are going to voicemail.

Workaround: You may be able to avoid this issue by using the Microsoft Teams web app.

Current status: Microsoft is reviewing Microsoft Teams desktop diagnostics and call logs for impacted users to understand the source of the problem and the appropriate scope of impact. This is affecting Microsoft in general and is not limited to Queen's University.
