On Tuesday, June 22, 2021, between 6:00-7:00 am, PeopleSoft (HR) and MyHR will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance, which will result in two changes for you:
Accessing PeopleSoft (HR) and MyHR: Following the changes, if you normally accessed PeopleSoft (HR) and MyHR by going directly to vpn.queensu.ca, you will now need to use the new links found in MyQueen'sU.
Logging in: After the maintenance is complete, you will notice a new, Queen's-branded login page. The new login page will require you to use NetID@queensu.ca instead of using just your NetID when you're prompted for your account name. As well, if you have enrolled for multi-factor authentication, you will now be prompted for your second factor to authenticate into PeopleSoft (HR) and MyHR.
If you have not enrolled in MFA, please do so by using the MFA tutorials found on the IT Services website. In taking this important step you are setting the example for the rest of our community by actively contributing to Queen’s improved cybersecurity practices.
