Cicso VPN Service was fully restored at approximately 12:30 pm. If you are experiencing problems connecting to VPN service, please contact the IT Support Centre for assistance.
IT Services are currently investigating multiple reports of problems connecting to campus VPN. At this time, it appears to be limited to the Cisco VPN client.
If you have an existing connection, do not disconnect from your active connection.
As a workaround, you can use the Forticlient VPN client.
