ITS is investigating reported intermittent wireless network issues when attempting to connect Update Archived

    Previous Description (August 2, 2022 09:39):

    ITS staff are investigating reports of wireless network issues when connecting to QueensU-Secure on campus

    Workaround:
    Users having issues connecting to QueensU-Secure are advised to attempt a connection to Eduroam.
    When connecting to Eduroam, users will need to use the username of their NetID@queensu.ca
    Trust any certificate prompt that is tied to entrust.

    If failing on Eduroam, users will need to connect to the Guest Wifi Network. When connecting, you will need to use an external, non queensu.ca, email address as a username.

    Please submit an online help ticket if you are being affected by this issue.
