Campus VPN Disconnects Update Archived
The Campus VPN service has been fully restored.

Previous Description (November 3, 2022 15:16):

IT Services are investigating a problem being experienced by some Windows based users whom are being disconnected after 10-20 seconds of being connected to the Campus VPN.

The Campus VPN is required to access some services when you are not located on campus. These include accessing Queen’s network shares (WFS) and to run SPSS when at home or located off campus.

This notice will be updated when more information is available.
