Panopto is now fully functionality.

Panopto is the Queen's Video Streaming Service that is integrated directly into onQ and provides many options for uploading, editing, storing, and sharing content.

If you continue to experience any problems in using Panopto, please report the issue to the IT Support Centre.

Panopto has acknowledged that the Panopto Cloud is experiencing an increased error rate in editing sessions.

The source of the increased error rates has been identified and Panopto are working on a mitigation for the issue.

This notice will be updated when the issue is resolved.
