As of May 2, 2023, staff and faculty with “Admin” roles in Peoplesoft HR, Finance, and Campus Solutions who are enrolled in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will no longer be required to update their password every 120 days.
Impact on users:
For users enrolled in MFA: Users will no longer be prompted with the 90-day password expiration warning and will not be locked out after 120 days if their password is not changed. Users enrolled in MFA are still required to change their password on a yearly basis (as is the standard for the Queen’s community).
