Agents Unable to Accept Calls in Teams Call QueuesArchived
IT Services are currently investigating a problem with call queues that use Microsoft Teams. Agents are unable to turn on 'Call receiving' to join the queue and take incoming calls.
Calls are being answered, but with no agents able to log in, callers will wait in queue until the max wait time is reached before going to voice mail.
