On Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM, the IT Services service request system (ServiceNow) will be undergoing a scheduled implementation. The platform will still be available and functioning in submitting help or request forms. The platform will be implementing Enhanced Search capabilities on the Service Portal. The implementation is anticipated to take no more than 1 hour.
