iTrack failing to receive email Update Archived
iTrack is now receiving ticket updates successfully via email.

Previous Description (March 6, 2024 13:37):

ITS Services are currently investigating a problem with iTrack not receiving email. Users with direct access to iTrack may continue to access the service to process tickets, but the creation and editing of tickets via email will fail.
This will affect requests made to Human Resources, the Registrar's Office and Financial Services in relation to requests for access into Peoplesoft and to report problems within those departments.

Other departments that use iTrack for ticketing purposes are also affected by this problem.
