IT Services service request system (ServiceNow) is implementing Catalog Refresh on Wednesday, April 10 Archived
On Wednesday, April 10, 2024, from 4:30PM – 5:30PM, the IT Services service request system (ServiceNow) will be undergoing a scheduled implementation. The platform will still be available and functioning in submitting help or request forms. The platform will be implementing a Catalog Refresh on the Service Portal. The implementation is anticipated to take no more than 1 hour.
