On May 1, 2024, the university will be increasing the number of applications protected with MFA. Queen's staff, students and faculty who have enroled in MFA, can expect MFA prompts similar in frequency to that of M365 i.e. new connections and/or every 30 days, for the following applications:

• MyQueen'sU


• NoteQ


• Panopto


• Zoom

Multifactor authentication (MFA) is an important tool in the prevention of data and reputational loss at Queen's University. Increasing the number of applications protected is an ongoing process, additional applications will be protected in the coming months.
